PR Card photos

I'm getting nervous about getting my photos rejected for my PR card...I need to leave Canada in 6 months so I can't afford any delay in my application.
I took several photos today but I can't seem to get them to match all the requirements.

On the photos that I'm about to send, the distance from the bottom of the pic to my chin is 10mm (it should be 5mm, according to the instructions). Everything else seems right though. I tried to solve this in my next try by moving my head a bit lower, but that only changed the distance by 1mm and on top of that, you can tell my neck is slightly bent down and not in a natural pose. The photographer said it's okay if that particular distance is not 5mm, but my photos have been sent back before and I see that it's pretty common for that to happen...I don't want to take any risks of delaying my application.
I told the photographer if she could move the camera a bit higher but she said that the shoulders need to be in the photo. Is this true? I have a very long neck, so if the shoulders need to be in the photo it would be impossible to get those 5mm from the bottom of the picture to my chin.

Also, is it okay if my face is not completely centered? There was always more empty space on one side of my face due to the way they cut the pictures.

Has anyone had his photos sent back because of these little things? I mean, everything else is exactly as they want but could my photos be rejected because the distance to my chin is double of what they want?
