PR Card Photo Specification - which one is correct?

Hi guys,

I have been granted PR and landed etc., but have received a letter that my PR card cannot be issued because "the photograph provided does not meet the required specifications".

So, I need to provide more photos. The letter included a copy of the "Appendix B: Photo specifications" they require - which I am sure are the same as I got the photographer to adhere to nearly a year ago... (On that letter is was "Appendix A: Photograph Specifications" and it's the exact same sizing as the ones I sent...)

No matter - let's do this.

Briefly - the spec they provide in this new request says:

New: measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1" and 1 1/5") from chin to crown.
Have a 35mm x 45 mm finished size

So this is the same sizing as I already provided... so I can't tell if they've sent me an old specification?

When I search online for PR card photo specifications (which I'd assume are current), I see requests for different sizes

Which is looking for

...between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural
top of head)

Totally losing my mind here. Can anyone confirm which photo sizes they provided that resulted in them receiving a PR card?

50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures

as the PR card latest format is changed with RFID inserted.

Just goggle this address and check the reviews and I too have been there with no regret as he is a real professional. Charges $ 7.80 for 2 PR photos and gives 1 free.
