PR Card - photo rejection

Hi,
I landed in Canada last year in June and remained there for nearly 2 months. After that I came back to India. In December, I got a letter(at my friend's address in Canada) from Immigration department that there is some objection in the photos, I had provided. They asked me to send revised photographs within 180 days(15th June'12) of the issue of the letter. As desired, I forwarded the photographs from here, through my friend, to them in the month of February. Now again they have issued a letter that the photographs are not as per the specifications and now asked me to send revised photographs within 30 days(by 15 April) of the issue of the letter.
Now I have the following queries:
1. As at present, I am in India, should I apply again with photographs! The address which I had given earlier is no longer available.
2. As I may not be able to reach there at such a short notice, what would happen if I reach there after the expiry of this deadline(15 April)!! Can I apply for the PR card after reaching there at a later date (may be around July'12).
3. Would getting a PRTD be difficult in this situation! Can they ask me that why I had applied for PR Card with a fresh photograph if I was not present in Canada!
4. What does it mean " your file will be closed and you have to apply for a fresh PR Card, if we do not receive the revise photographs within 30 days of the issue of this letter"! Does it mean that I may lose my PR status!!
Please reply all these queries one by one.

YOU HAVE BEEN ALREADY ANSWERED BY MANY HERE REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I had even given u a PM about how to go about with this issue.
Are u a small kid who cannot get the matter .
You are unnecessarily creating a new id and putting the same matter here to waste others time.

Sumit_Black alias pawan new id maker was answered by respectful PMM on settlement.org on this same issue on 24th March. Still this chap is not happy.

Vidya...hehe..I am just wondering if this dude can't get this simple stuff, How did he went through the whole process of Immigration ) ....anyway god bless India & Canada

I don't think you have a choice. You have to take pictures outside Canada. I also got the same email and sent them new pictures. Still waiting on mine.
