PR Card Pending-Valid Visit Visa. Re-entry possible?

Hi,

So I landed in Nov but my PR card is still pending. I have a valid Visitor Visa on my Passport. Is it possible for me to fly in and enter Canada on visitor Visa and then do flagpoling later ?

My travel need is urgent and I have to be back before Jan 20. So I definitely cannot wait for PR card.

Any help would be appreciated.

No, you can't use your visitor visa since you are already a landed PR. Your options are either to apply for a PRTD after you leave Canada or book a return flight to the USA and cross the border using your CoPR. Good Luck!

Thank you my friend! It will be more difficult entering the US than Canada at this point as the visa process is quite elongated. Thank you. Since I am currently in the US, I shall just drive in. Appreciate your help.
