PR cards are currently being processed on average for initial cards in 47 days as of today. Provided an address was given. These are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Today would be day 47. I would suggest that if you have not received it within the next couple of weeks that a call to the call centre might be in order. It is not unusual for the average time given to be longer.
