PR card not recieved.............. Urgent

Hi All,

I have a query that I landed on 6th August but not yet recieved the PR card. On CIC site they say that the time is 51 days. Does it mean 51 Bussiness Days or Total of 51 Days ?? I contacted the customer care of CIC many times. But all representatives tell different things, some say 51 Business Days & some say Total .What shpuld I do. I have to go outside Canada after a month.
What should I do...Please seniors Help...

I have the same problem. I called CIC and they said that I can leave Canada without the PR card and apply for PRTD (Permanent Residence Travel Document) from the Canadian embassy in my home country. Yes, I am nervous about it but I am going to take my chance and leave anyway because I have all the flights booked for this Wednesday.
