Hi All, As per ECAS - My PR card was sent by mail on 29Jan2019.
29 Jan is also the day when I called CIC to update my mailing address after failing to do it online after numerous tries.
Till now, I have not received my card. I filled in a web form inquiry few days ago and the agent confirmed through email that it was sent out to my old address. But since my mail forwarding is already active, this means Canada post will return the pr card back to CIC.
I called CIC today, asking them if they had received the card back. The agent told me that the pr card was sent out on 29Jan to my new address not the old! I am so confused! Why would different CIC agents give out different information?
Should I call back CIC again and see what they say? Or should I wait? I live in Ontario, I don't think it should take 2 weeks to receive the card via mail.
