PR card not received yet

Hi,

I landed in Toronto on Aug 8, 2010. It has already been more than 60 days but I have not received the PR card yet.

Is anyone under same situation?

Is there any phone number where I can ask the status of my PR card? I am currently in US.

hi

I am under same situation ,,, i landed in toronto on 13th september.

Now i am in kuwait and when calling 1-888-242-2100 ( call center ) , there is no response. I mean i could not get connected to this canadian land line number.

Now when dialing this number from outside canada , should i put some other code in begining? I have a feeling that this number is leading me somewhere in US.

Please help, as i am now very much concerned

I am also trying to make a call from US but no response... I tried google number, phone card everything, still no response. Has anyone tried to call 1-888-242-2100 from US or another country.

Please let us know how do we call Call Center.

I am not sure but I guess that number can be accessed only within Canada.

Is there anyone who has tried to call "Call Centre agents" on 1-888-242‑2100 from US or overseas.

I have read somewhere in this forum that some people were able to talk to them from overseas, please let us know how did you call them.

Those who are not able to call CIC from abroad, please try this number 1-613-944-4000. It works, i did check the status of my card, it's a problem with photographs.
