PR card not received after 180 days

I did my soft landing in September 2023 but I have not received my PR card till now. I have raised this query multiple times through webforms but that didn’t help either. I am unable to find how to proceed ahead. Can anyone suggest

1.Did you update address to Canadian address with IRCC on your file for delivery of PR card when you landed?

3.Did you call IRCC and check the status ?
