PR Card Not Dispatched. Its been 1.5 months now. Is it normal?

I landed on June 17 I haven't received my PR card yet.I am planning to move next month. I am worried if something is wrong with my application and when i called cic they said they don't see any notes by the visa officer but they have put a reminder. I don't know what could be wrong? Can something change with the application after receiving COPR. Please help.

Did you link your PR card application to your CIC account? What is the status shown there?

I wasn't aware I could link my PR card application as well. But now I did and it says submitted.

Then it hasn't been processed yet. It will say "Approved" when it is approved. But just check if you got any email for a photo request. Sometimes photos get rejected and that may be causing the delay. Check junk mail folder as well. Also, call them and ask if any email was sent out.

I called there's no note for me; I am continuously looking at my profile if I missed anything. But it doesn't say anything.

It is strange since these days PR card timelines is quite short. But it is not unlikely as things do slip through cracks at IRCC. I think all you can do is may be raise a webform every now and then and keep calling. Since as per CIC website processing time for PR card is 13 days these days I think you can request them to take some action.

But I already called. Is it necessary to raise a webform as well?
