PR card holder wanna marry u.s citizen need HELP !?!

if canadian PR card holder marries a u.s citizen (if marriage took place in u.s/ or in canada whats the differnce in case?) so if i want to move to canada she will have sponsor me through her PR card, how long will it take me(husband) to arrive in canada ?months?
and how long will it take before i recive my PR card?
once i get a PR card will i be able to sponsor my mother from different country?
and how long will it take for her case to be processed/to come to canada? months years?

same questions that i asked regarding PR card holder marrying u.s citizen, what if she gets her canadian citizenship before i get marry will the case speed up? will be little faster or will it be same if she had PR card?

It doesn't matter where you get married. If you apply outland, you could have PR in maybe 7 months.

It does not matter if the spouse is PR or citizen except if you and the spouse are not living in Canada. Only a citizen can start a spousal sponsorship from outside Canada. A PR has to be living in Canada when applying for sponsorship of their spouse.

As soon as you are PR and can prove and you have enough income, you can apply to sponsor your mother. After you send in the sponsorship, it takes 27 months to approve sponsorship, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship and after that it goes to your mothers country and takes another few months, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/08-fc-parents.asp

as u said ( If you apply outland, you could have PR in maybe 7 months ) u mean it will take me 7 months to get pr card after entering canada/wait 7 months while in canada? or 7 months for the processing for me becoz i live in u.s.

and if she applies from canada after my marriage how long does the process takes i read on site it says 31 days ? meanings i get to enter canada after 31 days hmm not sure.. thnx for ur help.

You can enter Canada as a visitor any time you want.

Time for the outland applicaiton is split into 2 parts, part 1 is approval of the sponsor and is processed in Canada and takes 31 days according to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship and part 2 is processing your file at your visa office, in your case in Buffalo and takes 3-9 months according to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#west

You add them together, yes. With an outland application, you have a separate sponsorship stage processed in Canada and after that the file goes to the visa office. There is no inland application for parents, just outland.
