PR card for spouse

Somebody told me that because I have a PR card, my spouse cannot apply for a PR card based on her own qualifications. How true is this?

What are the current processing times for PR card from the USA?

If you sponsored your wife and she was accepted she is automatically is supposed to have a PR card as she needs it to travel also and prove she is a landed immigrant. Did you make the application for her? I should ask, is she in Canada with you? Give more details as the question you ask you don't supply any details.

my wife living canada with PR ,shes had b4 married,her x-hubby was the principle applicant and she was his spouse mention that she got PR nearly 2years in this case is she eligible to sponsor me as a spouse for immigrant? plz help me to giving information about this case.
