PR Card for Provincial Nominees

Hi,

Is it possible to have the PR Card Delivered to an address outside the province that nominated you?

I was nominated in SK, now have the COPR, planning to book a short-stay there of 1-2 weeks, move back to my home country, stay 6 months, then go back to SK? All my close contacts are in BC which is why I want it delivered to their house and which they will send when they go back to my country...

I wouldn't.

Might not look good to CIC / IRCC, there could be some questioning. As a PNP you're supposed to settle in the Province you've been sponsored by. Asking CIC / IRCC to send the new PR Card to another Province & friend doesn't look like you want to settle where you actually should.
