I'm currently a permanent resident of Canada and expect to move to the US once I get my family-sponsored greencard, sometime in 2023. My Canadian PR card expires in Nov 2022. Should I renew the PR card or just wait for my US greencard?
How much time is it currently taking for PR renewal? Google says 104 days. CIC website says 59 days. But I'm reading stories where people have been waiting 1 year+ for their PR card renewal. Is this true?
