PR card expired- traveling to india

Hello,

I am traveling to India on 13 th June but my PR card has been expired. I have already applied for renewel of the same and also requested them for urgent processing as well but I dont think so they will process it before my departure. I have met the residency obligation requitent. My question is how long it takes to get travel document from India. I am coming back on 27 th June. I would appreciate if somebody could guide me in this

If you cannot wait till PR card received, then you need to apply for PRTD as soon as you arrive India. At least two weeks it could take,if everything is in order. Consider the inconvenience for re-booking the return ticket.
