PR card / e-COPR time line through pr confirmation portal (Etobicoke visa office)..!!!

Uploaded Address + Picture : July 12, 2021
Address status : in review
Picture status : in review
e-Copr : not received


Q1 - How long it took you to get the e-COPR from portal?
Q2 - my file was not linked to CIC portal so is there any letter or something which I show to service-canada and get my SIN?
Q3 - also can I work legally on my expired sin till I get my e-COPR?
