Hi,
any seniors can tell me what i should do for initial PR card in order to get it 3 month later. Actually I got COPR last month (Aug) and going to be landing in Nov 2015. Do I need to fill-up the IMM5444 form with 2 photo (before landing) for ease or not. I saw one said that it should do it before landing, and someone said that the immigration officer at airport can do it for us , based on the COPR and Visa give it to them. it make me confusing..... So what is the correct way to apply the PR card during landing at airport. Please kindly advise...

Thanks.. Ian

The form is for PR card renewals only. There is nothing you need to do in order to apply for a PR card. The process happens automatically when you land.
