PR Card Decision Made - leaving for a trip next week

hi all!

I renewed my PR card earlier this year but still havent recieved the physical card. When I check application status on the Canadian government website, it says DECISION MADE. When I click on that, this is what it says:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 9, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on October 4, 2021

Any idea when I might get the physical card? I am going on a quick vacation and I thought my card would be back by now. Is there someone I can call or check with in regards to the status of my application? I went to a IIRC office close to me but the security guard advised me they are not open for enquiries.

I am thinking that I might have to fly into buffalo and take a private vehicle back to Canada. FYI, I am travelling to the Dominican Republic. Any help is appreciated!
