PR CARD ARIVAL TIME

Got OWP last Nov.....Am here on spausal visa...How long will it still take before i get the pr card mailed to me....Wanna travel for awhile but not willing to take the risk as been discussed before....

You don't seem to understand how the process works (although this was explained to you back in November several times and December when you asked the same question). You are still a very long way away from obtaining your PR card. You applied inland in July and received your OWP in November. It's going to be another year before your application has first stage approval. Then you have to wait for the second stage review.

Based on current processing times, you can expect your PR card sometime in 2017 - most likely towards the end of the year.
