Some background info : This will be my first PR card after landing, I didn’t get PR card because photos did not meet requirements, I sent in new photographs but they didn’t show up in their system. Waited waited and waited until one day my PR card application came back to me in the mail! The letter stated that it’s been over 180 days so they want me to submit everything again. Question is do I need to also send in the solemn declaration form that it attached with all PR card applications?
Any advice would be extremely helpful because they are not receiving calls and their online Webform is taking more than 2 weeks to get a response. (Plus responses are very general so that’s not helpful at all)
