PR card address declation

Hello all,

I landed a week ago for PR but the airport immigration officer didn't ask me any address to receive PR card in Canada even though I tried to give him my address in Canada. He told me to declare the address on line, but on the canada.ca_change address site, I can't be identified with my information because my case is not in process.

How can I declare my address to receive PR card??
