Pr , BOWP and tvr times! Plz help

Hello folks

I need your help in our situation:
Me and my husband have valid work permit and temporary visa till july 31st 2016
We applied for pr april 2015 and then for pnp last month..after we got nominated by pnp and paid the fees and applied ..our score was increased and we got ita.. We finally got all the documents needed( medical, police clearance..) and we r applying through a lawyer... We are waiting the NOA and will apply im few days
We will be applying for a BOWP through our company( me and husband both work at the same company) , my issues are:
How is the maximum processing time for BOWP
Can we apply directly after pr or we need the AOR?
We need to travel beg of august, do we have to renew trv same time? Or we have to wait for BOWP? And when and how can we apply for trv? And how much is the processing time ( maximum)?
We are currently in canada..
Do we have to stay in canada before we got BOWP and do we have to be here too if we got pr too??

How is the maximum processing time for BOWP - Its anywhere between 3 - 4 months. To be honest CIC has not been following ny pattern recently. I know people who applied after me and got it before me. I applied in Nov/2015 and got the BOWP approved in March/2016 - So 4 months for me.

Can we apply directly after pr or we need the AOR? - AOR is one of the requirement, so I dont think you can apply without AOR. Check with your lawyer

And how much is the processing time ( maximum)? - You will get TRV based on the approved Work Permit..If you do not apply for TRV then you would not be able to enter Canada. What you can do is, get the BOWP while you are in Canada...leave the country and apply for TRV in your home country..once you get the TRV, you can come back...
