PR as a residential painter?

Hi everyone:

I have a quick question I really want to apply for CEC I receive a job offer as residential painter? but the noc number is 7611 I'm new in all of this somebody please advise me, is this occupation eligible for CEC?

No, it is not considered skilled employment, therefore not useful for CEC...
