My PR was approved thru SINP. But Im still here in BC right now, as my brother is living here, and this is also the mailing address I have put in to have my PR card mailed.
Please help advise me of the following:
1. When do I need to go to SK? As Im planning to return to my Home country to tidy up things first once I have received my PR card?
2. To renew the PR card, is the requirement staying in 2 years within 5 years inside Canada correct?
3. To apply for Citizenship, is it staying in Canada 3 years within 5 years, or 4 years out of 6 years?
4. Understand that having approved as a PR thru SINP means I need to live and settle in SK. But if I am unable to find a suitable employment in SK, how many years minimum do I need to stay in SK prior to moving to another province? Is it 2 years or 3 years?
