PR approved before BOWP decision

Hi guys,

I have received the passaport request / Ready for Visa and it was sent a week ago. I am currently under Implied Status, since my work permit has expired and I am waiting a decision on my Bridging Work Permit.

My question is: once my PR is approved and I receive my passport back with the COPR, is it safe to say that my BOPR will be approved? Or do you recommend doing the landing right away?

I am asking it because I was planning to do the landing in December.

P.S: My BOWP application was sent with the AOR.

I was in the same situation. I got PPR email on 19th October and my work permit got approved exactly after 1 week. So I would suggest check you cic account because it might be updated as they send message after 1 business day with approval letter
