Please help. My PR application is in process since June 2019. Travelled to India in feb 2020 and was supposed to travel back to Canada in March 2020.due to covid,got stuck in India.2 years work permit expired in April 2020.Applied for WP extension in April 2020, but again due to covid biometric can’t be done at the moment. Question is- 1.will it affect my PR file process.2. Can I fly back to Canada with my WP extension confirmation and PNP support letter.

I got Work permit through LMIA from a transport company.now I have applied for extension through same employer.but I’m outside Canada and can’t return because work permit is expired and extension is not being processed as biometric Centers are closed in India. Can I travel back to Canada ?
