HELLO DEAR ALL,

I JUST HAVE HEARD FROM A FRIEND THAT NOW A DAYS CHCs AROUND THE WORLD ARE PROCESSING PR APPLICATIONS MUCH SLOWLY THAN BEFORE.
(For example; just till end of 2008, the CHC in Singapore used to process 80% of their PR [for Québec] applications in just 5 months. Now they are taking 10 months!!!!!!!!) REMARKABLE…..Is it NOT???????????

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE REASON OF IT? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY CLUE!? MY FRIEND THINKS “IT IS BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMIC RECESSION ALL OVER THE WORLD."

PLEASE, SHARE ALL OF YOUR IDEAS. SPECIALLY, IF SOMEONE HAS GOT ANY CERTAIN INFORMATION.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Because they are processing the FSW1,2,3 applications received after 28/02/08.  Actually the backlog applicants are getting 90  day letters about 1 year earlier than AOR stated.

PS Please turn off your caps key, it hurts the eyes and is hard to read.

Applicants when the applied pre 28/02/08 got an AOR letter from the processing offices stating that the processing would take xx months, so don't bother them until that period had passed. For example London would say 42 months for SW applications in 2006. But applicants has started getting letters in the past few months stating that they have 90 days to update their applications for assessment. So the assessments are being done almost a year before they were estimated to be do. This is a speed up of the applications.
