Generally speaking IRCC will not complete processing for your application until the outcome of the criminal charges is known. Are you still waiting for your case to be heard in court or have the charges been dropped?
thank you for your reply, yes am still waiting for my court date. My criminal lawyer said, he can give a letter of explanation to ircc with all of my case details and he is trying to solve the case with out a conviction

I've never seen a situation where IRCC has completed processing an application with criminal charges outstanding. I think they will wait to see the outcomes of your court case before you can expect a decision.
