Hello fine folks of the forum,
I have a quick question in regards to Express Entry Eligibility, I have a friend who is 38 and has 10 years of prior work experience before moving to Canada as well as a Masters Degree in Law. These experinece and degrees are non Canadian. She has perfomed IQUAS and have been able to proof that these are equivalent to a Canadian Masters.
She has also completed a bachelor's degree in Canada and has written the canadian exam for lawyers and is currently working on getting her articling started this summer. She also has a sister in Canada.
Based on the afforementioned information, I believe she is eligible to apply and should have 457 points but she keeps saying she doesn't crack 400 points.
I would appreciate it if anyone in this group based on the information provided can shed some light to support my argument or negate it.
Thanks for your help.
