PR application

Hello all,
I have submitted my PR application under PNP in October 2015. I did medical check in October 2016 and received letter from CIC my son may be medically inadmissible and received prcedural letter of fairness and had 60 days to submit my reply. I have done that and yesterday I received that they need my sons new passport( I renewed it in the meantime). Right now on myCIC account it states: medical exam passed.
What can I expect now? Is this the end of the process? Does this sound like refusal or approval? Any informations would be very helpful.

Congratulations. You have cleared Medical Examination. Most probably, you will get PPR within a month.
