PR Application with a DUI on record?

Hello,
I have been invited to apply for permanent residency based on my express entry profile. The invitation came last month (Aug'18). If anyone has had personal experience, I would like to know what is the probability of approval since I have a DUI on my record in USA. The accident occurred in Oct'16 and I completed probation as of Feb'18. I made mistake and I have learned but I would hate to spend any money is chances are null.
