PR application while SWOP is in process

Hello experts,

I am on PGWP in Canada and I have received an ITA for PR. My spouse is in India, applied for the SWOP from August 2021 and had applied before and the result was negative since my study permit was near expiry during evaluation time.

My question is there any problem in continuing the SWOP application while I submit my PR application.
