I created this thread as I was unable to find similar to this thread. My application is in Montreal Local Office. If Anyone having the same office, please share your timelines.

AOR – 30 March 2021

Medical Passed – April 17 2021

Biometrics Letter – April 17 2021

Biometrics Done & Update – April 20 2021

Eligibility – Not Started

Criminality – In Progress

Security – Not Started

Visa Office – Montreal Local Office

Yes, I think the visa office is very slow in processing.

oh, this visa office is very slow. Hope they will process our application faster. Did your eligibility starts?

AOR Feb 18. Also Montreal VO.
The entire timeline is in my signature.
Will receive new GCMS notes next week and see if they've made any progress...

I did yesterday. And I was really disappointed.
They havn't touched the file since March

Criminality still not finished. Eligibility and security not even started. Just info sharing is complete.
The only useful info I have found is that my secondary VO - CIO, Sydney is doing the work, not my primary one, Montreal.

I won't complain yet since I'm at just over 50% of the 6 months timeline, but honestly, I was expecting it to move a little faster... At least see they are doing something with the file.

I can understand, as most of the people are getting PR in 2-3 months with same AOR or Feb 2021. But we cannot do anything we just have to wait. I also called IRCC but my status is also same as yours. no change. But be positive donot loose hopes. Just update your status if you get any good news.

slow? We are in the middle of a pandemic, and the AOR is only 2 months ago.

My PR application took just over 9 months at the Montreal office.
