PR Application status after Medical Exam

I received my medical exam request on Sept, 28th,2018
I went to take the tests on Sept,29th, 2018
After two weeks I checked with the clinic and said that it was successfully submitted.

Now, I check my PR status, It says that they did not receive the medical results and 30 days had been passed.

Is that normal as it says it takes the IRCC 3 months and a half till they process the results? or I have to call them to see what is wrong?

Its the responsibility of the IRCC panel physician to send the medical exam result to IRCC......and if there was a problem or further medical test was required the medical physician will have contacted you.

If no medical exam result received status update......you may contact the medical physician office....and maybe IRCC

On the Medical Physican office's online website, I checked the medical test's status and it says it is submitted successfully to the IRCC. But it is not shown on the IRCC website status
