PR Application Req'd Docs

Tomorrow I plan to take a bus to Detroit and from there I will be headed to Windsor. My question, however, is for the PR Card renewal application. I know a photocopy of your passport is required but does that require all of the stamps of places you've been as well or they just want the passport photo page?

As far as I know, you only need to provide biographical pages of your passport which are the first and last pages that have your personal information. They don't ask for rest of the pages. I'll let others confirm this.
