PR Application Rejected

My first PR application was rejected because I did not supply CIC with employer reference letters / payslips for my foreign work experience (nursing). However, my document checklist did not ask me for this information nor did I have a chance to upload the documentation (which I actually had!).

I have my second ITA and this time, my document checklist specifically does ask for my foreign work experience information, and I have a spot to upload the documents.

I am wondering if this was a glitch on my first application - CIC rejected me without asking me to provide the information, however did not give me a chance to supply it at all.... Has anyone else been in this situation? It was bad luck for me but I am hoping I might be able to help others by sharing my experience!
Thanks!

Dear Michellecanada,

Good day. Dont worry, if your documents are complete, CIC will never reject you. They will process accordingly.

For me, When I submit my first application on Aug-2011, CIC reject me because I forgot to write JOB DESCRIPTION in my job reference letters from all my employers. After I got rejection email on Nov-2011, another week on 1-DEC-2011, as I have all my documents in my hand, I straight away submit second application and Now I am a permanent residence of Canada.

So as long as your application with complete documents, you no need to worry. Hope this help.

Best Regards,
Myat
