PR application rejected (2014)

Hello All,

My PR application was returned back last week, I applied for PR in old system on DEC 2014.
I am applying again in new system but I have a some confusion on what exactly is the difference between FSWP and CEC and which way I should be going ?

I am currently working in Canada in ICT work permit from an Indian IT service provider.
Do no have any job offers.

Primarily CEC requires one year of Canadian full time job experience in NOC 0 A or B. And if you have this, you don't have to fulfill many of other requirements that come with FSW.

As of Jan 1, 2015, you do not decide among any of these programs - nor can you apply for PR on your own. You have to submit application via Express entry and would only be able to apply for PR if you receive an ITA.

As of today, the ITA cut off scores stand around 800+ which necessitates having a LMIA based job offer or a PNP, since there is no way to score that much without these.
