Hi I received the refusal decision for the following reason:
‘After a thorough review of all supporting documents you provided for your application, I am not satisfied that the job duties outlined for your position as an Apprentice with X Investment Bank correspond with NOC 10021 as stated in your Express Entry profile or that you performed the actions described in the lead statement of the NOC during the declared employment. More specifically, NOC 10021 outlines the duties of banking and credit managers and as an Apprentice I am not satisfied that you performed duties of either one of these managerial duties. With that being said, you will no longer be awarded points for the experience gained with X Investment Bank as an Apprentice.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brought your rank below the lowest ranking person who was invited to apply in your round of invitation, under the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System.”
The officer has misinterpreted my reference letter.
Anyone experienced something similar situation?
What should be my next course of action?
Should I get lawyers involved?
