PR application questions

Hi first of I know I have posted this on the Provincial Nomination Program Immigration forum , that's what me and my wife came over on well me to be exact , my wife and moved over to Saskatchewan at the start of January this year and put in for our PR immediately we had everything ready and sent it off to nova scotia as directed so far so good , it was excepted and no problems , a few months ago we got an e mail asking us to go for our medical and fees ,etc and send them to London (I should explain that we are from Belfast northern Ireland in the UK ) so I phoned CIC to confirm that it was London we should be sending everything to and they confirmed that was correct , the problem now is that London is processing our application we cant get any information in regard to the process of our application ? as our application number and UCI numbers wont work on the cic web site also we have been getting correspondences from London that lead us to think they are unaware we are in Canada . Is this normal ? is there any way to check our process ? is there any other way of getting in contact with the high commission in London apart from e mail as if they respond at all it takes about a month for them to get back to us even then they are not very clear in there explanation. many thanks
