PR application processing

In my work permit application (process initiated by employer), I had not disclosed my post graduate diploma degree. Will there by any issue, if I mention my post graduate degree in current PR application.

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone experience the same. My PR application is under the enhanced security check. My wife's and mine status of Background check on IRCC tracker was marked 'In Progress' on the 8th of August 2023. Today my wife's background check status switched to 'Completed'.
Did someone meet the same on the enhanced security check? How long did it take after spouse's background check completion to complete the check for the principal applicant?
