Hi,

When did you claim for refugee?

Once your claim is accepted by (IBR) Refugee Board (Letter Received) you have 6 months to apply for PR card. (if you don’t apply within 6 months you have to give them explanation , what is the reason for delay)

If your claim is accepted you will be become protected person and convention refugee in Canada

You can apply for PR card using below link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/refugee.asp

This application package includes:

Use this application to apply for permanent residence if:

  • you are in Canada and
  • the Immigration and Refugee Board, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, has decided that you are a protected person or Convention refugee.
The processing time is about 2 years (roughly) but I have seen cases which got PR card within 12 to 14 Months.

Hope this information is helpful for you.
