Pr application - missed disclosing sibling

I went here in Canada last 2019 on study permit, I have learned that my agent just included just one of my siblings (I have two). It was estranged relationship because I didn’t grew up with my brother.
Now I am applying for PR, I am very confused on what to do, should I mention him on my pr application, then write a letter of explanation (i also dont know his current whereabouts)? Is it going to be misinterpretation?

Hello, I already got my PR, i just included an explanation letter that my immigration consultant overlook it but I have other sibling.
