PR application letter did not recieve by CIC on time

My application didnt reach the deadline my provintial nominee was already expired when they recieved it like they recieve the letter after 5 days since the nominee was expired.Please help, what will i do

Start by posting your question in the provincial nominee section of this forum. This section is for family sponsorship and nobody here is likely to know how to assist you with your issue.
