PR Application is submitted; Change in bank account balance

Hi,
I submitted my application in December of last year, which included proof that I had say, X amount in Bank A and Y amount in Bank B.

Couple of months back I had to move the money (a not insignificant amount) from A to B.

Does this change need to be communicated to the application officer?
