guys my bro has a study permit until nov 2017 n he got invitation to apply for PR on jan 4 he currently has a study permit , the reason he got the study permit was to increase his points by completing a one year certificate in canada , this week his 2nd also the last semester starts but of.course he would have to pay international fee he is wondering if he doesnt ctake this semester will cic cancel his study permit or will it effect his PR application? he wants to complete the last semster once he gets the PR bcz its $7k fee for one semester :/
