Hello everyone,
I don't know if anyone had an experience with their name written in short version on some of the documents.
Let me clarify by examples:
In my native language, the father and the grandfather names appear on official documents (ex. passport).
Example:
Full Name: Noah Karam Nisim Ventura.
Shortened Name, Western Style: Noah Ventura. This is correct. But it is an abbreviated form of the full name.
- So I have my full name (4 names) written on most of my documents.
- However, on the WES educational assessment, the IELTS document, and the TEF CA document, I used only shortened name (what would be the equivalent of Noah Ventura).
Ielts cs said: "The name should be fine. The name on the certificate match with the name you put on the registration form. So far we have not found any issues regarding names from test takers who are doing immigration to Canada. "
WES cs told me: "we do not update names on completed evaluation reports."
I haven't yet heard back from TEF CA.
Thoughts? Any Similar Experience?
Thank you!!
