Hello everyone! A friend of mine whose refugee claim was accepted recently asked me to help her apply for PR. She is married with 2 kids. Both of her kids are in Canada but her husband is in their home country. Her husband had applied for a visitor visa a few years ago, but it was refused.
Before I submit their PR applications, I wanted to ask everyone in this forum whether his refusal or the fact that he is outside of Canada would change anything, and if there is anything I should keep in mind before submitting the applications.
