Hello, I would like to know if I can still apply for PR again. I got someone to sponsor me for PR but I only have 90 days to submit it and I did not submit it because my funds are not enough. Do I have to wait again to apply and repeat the same steps? for applying for my PR.

You don't need any funds if you are being sponsored by your Canadian spouse/common-law partner.
The one will sponsor me was my employer. Can I still re-apply for PR? My 90 days it’s already finished.
It's hard to understand what you are saying.
Did you apply for PR through EE, received ITA, but didn't subit your application within the 90 days after receiving ITA?
Or something else?
You need to be specific.
I applied for Atlantic Immigration Program and I received a ITA and I did not submit my PR application due to my funds are not enough.
They you would need to reapply again from scratch and wait to receive ITA again.
