One of my friends has sent his PR application to Sydney recently and he has not received any acknoledgement from them. He wants to apply for student visa within a month. In the student visa application there is a question, have you applied for PR?
Should he say yes or no for this question? If he says yes, then there are chances that his student visa won't be granted. On the other hand he did not hear anything from the Sydney office and he might not before he applies for student visa.
