I have positive LMIA, I applied for work permit as an inland applicant but they have refused my application. And meanwhile my PR application is in process. Recently, my lawyer has submitted status reforestation for me and my spouse. Documents will reach to concerned department by Monday or Tuesday. And yesterday I have got request letter from CIC regarding PR application as per below.
"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
110xxxxxxx - Daughter Name menioned. (She is Canadian Age less than 2 Years)
Family Member Proof of Status: A copy of your family member's citizenship or immigration status document (e.g. passport or Permanent Resident Card – please copy both sides). This must be received at this office by: 2017/06/09"
Kindly suggest me, actually what they are asking? Do they need Canadian Passport Copy of my daughter or status documents for mine and my spouse?
And Restoration application will affect to my PR application?
